Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Lateness Policy
• Cancellations: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. Same Day Cancellations Is 50% of the appointment booking.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule once without penalty if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Any additional changes will require a new deposit.
• Punctuality: Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; after this, your appointment will be cancelled. You may reschedule, but a new deposit will be required. Anything after 15 mins is REQUIRED $25 towards your balance in order to continue your appointment
• No-Shows same day will result in loss of deposit WITH A 100% of appointment booking. And it also may affect future bookings.
